You will work with the latest cloud technology on diverse projects across various sectors and industries. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud (Absence & OTL)
- Conduct workshops and advise clients on best practices
- Configure systems to meet business requirements
- Demonstrate solutions and create supporting documentation
- Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations
- Train and coach colleagues and clients
- Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL)
- Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
- Experience in multiple full Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
