Our Team

You will join the EMEA payroll team, managing 13 payrolls across 10 countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. We are part of the UK People Team based in London, as well as the global Experience Team.

Please note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC), part-time position of 20 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the payroll inbox for the EMEA region, responding to queries and escalating as needed.
  • Enter employee record changes and data into Payroll and HRIS systems, including new hires, leavers, banking details, timesheets, and leave.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, complying with company standards.
  • Process standard document requests for active and former employees, such as reference and employment change letters.
  • Maintain employee records, trackers, and folders.
  • Support system training sessions to resolve employee queries and promote awareness.
  • Assist Payroll and HR Business Partners with data entry, reporting, audits, and ad hoc requests.
  • Provide general support to the Payroll Team and participate in ad hoc projects.
