T&K Associates are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in Measham on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within their industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.
Must be ok with working at height and happy to learn all aspects of the role and MHE.
Warehouse Operative Job Details and Benefits:
- Β£11.44 per hour
- Monday to Friday β 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Paid overtime available
- 22 days holiday to start rising to 25 days after 2 yearsβ service (plus bank holidays)
- Weekly pay
- Uniform provided when permanent
- Onsite canteen facilities

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:
- Making up Kits
- Accurate order checking, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
- Goods inwards β Checking, sorting and putting away products received
- Making up pallets from picked items
- Moving completed pallets to the wrapping machine on the MHE to be shrink wrapped and ready for dispatch
- Reporting any discrepancies or problems to the supervisor
- Stock taking and regular cycle counting
- Processing of returns from customers
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Completing any other duties as necessary
Warehouse Operative Person Specification:
- Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience within a warehouse is desirable
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous MHE / Manup experience is preferred but not essential as the Client offers full training
- PPT and Reach license is desirable but not essential as training is offered
- Ability to work to deadlines
