Job Description
As a Personal Tax Semi Senior, you will join a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice based in Taunton. You are likely to be studying or qualified in ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA. You will provide key support to the firm's Tax Seniors, Managers, and Directors, who will mentor and develop you. Your primary responsibility will be delivering tax compliance to personal tax clients with varying backgrounds and complexities. While the role focuses on compliance, there will be opportunities for involvement in planning and advisory project work as you develop within the firm. This position offers genuine career development and progression for a career-focused individual.
The Successful Applicant
You should be studying ACA, ACCA, AAT, ATT, or CTA with at least two to three years of experience in tax compliance within a UK accountancy practice. You may have experience as a Tax Assistant, Personal Tax Semi Senior, or Senior, or have a mixed accountancy practice background with significant tax experience. A clear and demonstrable desire to further your career and specialize in the tax field is essential.
