We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Support Assistant (LSA) to join our busy Property Litigation team on a full time basis in our Bristol office. As an integral part of the team, you’ll ensure the provision of an efficient and effective PA and secretarial support service to assigned stakeholders.
The role of the LSA is to provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to assigned fee-earners including meeting, communicating and interacting with clients and diary management. Responsibilities include the use of digital dictation (to include correspondence) and assisting with the preparation and production of Court papers/bundles using BundleDocs; together with assisting in travel arrangements and preparation of expense claims.
Who you are
- Previous experience as an LSA, ideally within litigation is preferred.
- You’ll be an enthusiastic, well-organised self-starter who enjoys working within a busy team and independently.
- You should be able to demonstrate an ability to respond to the needs of the business, acting professionally and ethically to protect the confidentiality of the firm and its people.
- As a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels and offices.
