We are specialist providers of person-centred care in our clients' own homes in the community, at work, and also in education.
Our Clients
OneCall24 Healthcare works with a wide range of clients throughout the UK. We support both Children and Adults with highly complex care and support requirements, including life-limiting conditions, in their own homes and in the wider community, including education and recreational support. We work directly with the NHS, local authorities, case managers, and also with clients who are funding their own care requirements. Whatever your need may be, our flexible service offering will always look for a way to accommodate the support that you require.
Our professional nursing team are experts in the field of complex care provision and are always on hand to support and advise our clients as and when required. Each package of care is directly overseen by one of our experienced nurse managers, ensuring that clinical leadership and support is always available and focused specifically on the person-centred, unique needs of each client that we care for.
All of our carers are highly trained and skilled healthcare professionals, with specialist person-centred skills developed specifically to meet the individual needs of each client they care for. Our carers are chosen by our clients to work in specific packages of care, meaning that our individual clients' needs are always the sole focus of their specially selected care team.

We believe that people with locked-in syndrome should have access to the equipment and support they need to enable them to live a full life without any financial worries. People with chronic locked-in syndrome can experience a good quality of life, with adequate social care.
