Location: Kent – 3 days in the office + flex start/finish times

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + 15% Bonus + 28 days holiday and much more!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage propositions, from ideation to market launch.
• Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements through detailed market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Present key insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, shaping the future of the business.

Experience Required:

• Commercial & Bridging lending, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering change.
• Developing mortgage propositions using market insights and competitor analysis.
• Crafting business cases and go-to-market strategies that drive commercial success.
• Understanding UK mortgage market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Influencing stakeholders at all levels.
