As a Pool Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every visit to the pool—whether for lane swimming, family fun, pool parties, or swimming lessons—is a positive and memorable experience. Your presence and professionalism will encourage swimmers and non-swimmers alike to return time and again, building lasting connections with their local leisure centre.

Position Details

• Location: Wilmslow Leisure Centre
• Hours: 37 Hours (Full Time)
• Contract: Three-point grading structure, opportunity to advance annually through PDR process
• Salary: Starting Salary only £24,099.67 per annum pro rata
• Closing date: 6th January 2026
• Interview date: 14th or 20th January 2026 (TBC)
