Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships across departments.
- Manage the full people life cycle, including complex ER cases.
- Drive and support change initiatives focused on organisational effectiveness, structure, and culture.
- Oversee the delivery of engagement surveys, interpreting results and guiding follow-up actions to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Comms plan for HR policies, boosting adherence.
- Comprehensive data reporting for compliance.
- Design and delivery of comprehensive DEI programmes.
- Collaborate on strategic learning and development programmes, aimed at attrition.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in handling complex employee relations issues, across multiple locations.
- In-depth working knowledge of HR compliance frameworks.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, people-focused team player with excellent emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- CIPD Level 7.
