Responsible for processing a UK payroll of 1050 employees on ADP Global view, South Africa payroll of 130 employees, Ireland payroll of 5 employees; both countries are on ADP Streamline. Tasks include verification of benefits data interface, input and 4-eye checks regarding maternity, KIT days, voluntary leavers, new hires, season tickets, international assignees, RSU, BACS, TRAX, and end-to-end payroll processing and payments for taxes, pension, and other providers. Other duties include assisting the payroll specialist with complex tasks, including monthly, quarterly, and annual processes such as revenue payments, ONS, Gender Pay Gap reporting, Directors' Emoluments, and project work.
You will be the first point of contact for payroll queries and oversee HR Service Delivery queries. You will handle queries from employees, outsourced providers, communicate via a ticketing tool, and liaise with Deloitte and internal HR colleagues in the UK and globally, including the Global HR Solution Centre in Bratislava. You will support team members with complex Payroll & HR queries and drive efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Support the payroll cycle, including data input, calculations, and salary and benefits distribution.
- Payroll Calendar Adherence: Support compliance with the payroll schedule.
- Compliance: Assist in staying updated with payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes, and working with the benefits and reward team to ensure legal compliance of global programs.
- Provider Management: Maintain relationships with payroll providers, ensuring high quality service.
- System Management: Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist & Manager to optimize payroll systems, identify automation opportunities, and check system interfaces.
- Reporting: Generate and send accurate payroll reports to authorities.
- Problem Resolution: Address payroll discrepancies, working with relevant departments for resolution.
- Audit Support: Assist with payroll audits, ensuring record accuracy and completeness.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes.
- Communication: Convey payroll-related information to employees and address inquiries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with utmost discretion.
You will be part of a HR Service Delivery team of 6 within a larger team of 10 HR colleagues in London, working alongside Global HR colleagues and the Global HR Solution Centre. You will also cover for the HR Administration Associate during absences.
