You will be reporting to Neye, our Head of Sales Europe, and collaborating closely with our SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers. SALES CYCLE: You’ll own the full sales cycle (5-7 months on average) from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers. INBOUND (70-80%): You drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for n8n\’s self-hosted Enterprise plans (Company size: over 500 employees | Land deal size: 50-300K ARR). OUTBOUND (20-30%): You relentlessly test out innovative outbound strategies to build a sustainable leads pipeline. STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: You develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, particularly team leaders in DevOps, engineering, and IT. Be the trusted advisor our clients turn to for workflow automation solutions. SALES EFFICIENCY: Be proactive in developing and improving sales processes, infrastructure and collateral. PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT: Work closely with our product team, ensuring a seamless flow of customer feedback. Key success factors: +800 inbound leads per month Support from solution consultants and the product team Strong community: around 50% inbound leads are already product qualified Requirements 6+ years of sales experience at a software company Enterprise experience: You’re used to closing 5-6 figure deals. Top performer: You’ve been in the top 10% performers in your team. High quota: You\’ve held a +800K ARR quota in your current / previous roles. Highly tech-savvy: You’ve sold to highly technical stakeholders (IT operations, devops, secops, software engineers) and/or know how to code and/or have an engineering background. Entrepreneurial mindset: You spot opportunities for growth, suggest a plan to address them, and execute it. You’re able to work independently without a ton of established structure or processes. Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales. Bonus points: You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A/B stage. You have sold to IT Operations, cybersecurity teams and leaders. Language: Fluent in English, with additionally either French, Spanish, or Italian.
