Senior Graduate Recruiter | 6-Month Contract | Newcastle & Hybrid | Up to £195 per day

3 days in the Newcastle based office, 2 days remote

Are you a recruitment expert passionate about shaping the next generation of talent? We’re looking for a Senior Graduate Recruiter to drive campus recruitment strategies for a leading global consultancy specializing in digital transformation, technology, and business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative graduate recruitment strategies to attract top university talent.
• Build strong relationships with educational institutions and manage on-campus events.
• Oversee internship and graduate programs, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Utilize insights to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams, making key recruitment decisions.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Graduate Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in candidate assessments and recruitment systems.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and employer branding.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make strategic hiring decisions.
• Passion for engaging with early career talent and fostering strong pipelines.
