Location: Neuro Therapy Centre (Saltney)

Salary: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week

The Outreach Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and managing key partnerships, attracting applicants to the wellbeing programme, and building relationships with stakeholders in North Wales.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful promotion and delivery of the programme across the region. The role involves proactive outreach, attending meetings, and engaging with local communities and organisations to ensure the programme meets its goals and objectives.
