Senior Manager – Business Transformation (Wealth and Asset Management) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £95,000 – £110,000 Package: £5,500 car allowance + 10% bonus Overview We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Business Transformation (Wealth and Asset Management) to join one of the “BIG four”. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Wealth and Asset management team helping clients transform their business’ and operating models to remain relevant as the industry faces increasing levels of disruption. Role Responsibilities Management and delivery of challenging, complex client engagements to ensure quality and value to clients by: Understanding their business challenges and the threats they face Helping them navigate the increasingly regulatory environment Advising on governance, delivery frameworks and operating models Helping them optimise their approach to cyber security controls and risk management Coaching and developing team members through sharing of experience and knowledge, as well as managing the performance and development of other team members Project managing engagements to deliver high quality work in a timely manner to include: scoping / financial management (budgeting) / engagement and risk management / production and review of deliverables. Fee generation through actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities, as well as managing sales activities such as proposal development and client presentations. Contributing to practice management, e.g. knowledge sharing, training, proposition development, and knowledge management Role requirements Professional experience in Wealth and Asset management consulting Experience of delivering large multi-disciplinary technology enabled programmes within the Wealth and Asset Management Sector, working with platforms such as State Street Alpha, Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, eFront, , ALTO, Finbourne, FNZ, SEI, or Avaloq Good understanding of the full WAM value chain as well as traditional asset classes – either from within a fund manager, a fund administrator or another management consultancy Good understanding of the operational and technological challenges associated with WAM businesses Ability to lead large scale technology transformation programmes Proven expertise in Project Management and delivery of projects on time, within scope and of high quality Understanding of a wide range of information security and IT methodologies, principles, technologies and techniques.
