We\’re working with a well-established and growing consultancy that\’s expanding its Bristol team. They\’re on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

If you\’re someone who\’s comfortable leading post-contract meetings, has a sharp eye for cost control, and ideally brings Employer\’s Agent experience to the table – this could be your next big move.

The Role

As a Senior QS, you\’ll be a key player in delivering projects across all stages – from pre-contract to final account. You\’ll manage cost planning, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on JCT and Design & Build contracts.

What We\’re Looking For

• 2-4+ years\’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
• Experience leading post-contract meetings
• Employer\’s Agent experience (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
• Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS)
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for the built environment
