Are you a confident and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?

We are working with an established consultancy that is expanding its Bristol team and looking for a driven Senior QS to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, is confident chairing post-contract meetings, and has a keen eye for cost management. If you have experience acting as an Employer\’s Agent, that would be a huge plus!

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll play a key role in delivering projects from pre to post-contract stages. You\’ll be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and dispute resolution while working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Experience with JCT and Design & Build contracts is essential.

What We\’re Looking For

• A confident and client-facing QS with at least 2-4 years of experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead post-contract meetings
• Employer\’s Agent experience (desirable but not essential)
• Chartered or working towards chartership (APC support available)
• A proactive and adaptable attitude with a passion for the industry
