News Corp Australia’s regional arm is in need of a new digital reporter to support new publications being established in regional NSW. It will be a remote posting covering Tamworth, Armidale, and Bathurst.

The reporter will be tasked with writing accurate and original articles highly relevant to the local communities and help attract subscribers to the digital titles through additional content such as infographics and videos. The position will also be an opportunity to network with people in the local community.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Detailed background in multimedia and journalism, particularly in high-activity newsrooms.
2. Competency in SEO, social media engagement, and CMS operations.
3. Extensive list of contacts in the subject communities may be considered.
