This role initially involves working on the CO-OP contract, with potential coverage for other customer sites. This is a field-based position, 42.5 hours per week, with openings in the following areas: – RS059 covering Co-op West London – RS060 covering Co-op Kent Your Contribution In this role, you\’ll engage in activities involving pre-planned maintenance on refrigeration cases. You will liaise with store managers to ensure cleans are carried out to the correct specifications, manage a van, tools, and equipment, and log all activities on relevant systems, providing full site audits. Supporting your line manager to ensure smooth operations and maintaining effective relationships with customers are also essential. Key Responsibilities: Work independently and collaboratively with team members as required Carry out PPM within stores and complete all contractual obligations Be computer literate to document work via appropriate apps and communicate via email daily Your Journey We value a customer-focused mindset and good communication skills.
