Your Role in the Team
As a Lead Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you'll be a player/coach managing multiple products within a platform, defining, delivering, and overseeing their lifecycle. You'll lead and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers to enhance product strategy and execution, requiring strategic, technical, and business skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Portfolio Leadership: Guide the strategic direction for your product suite, developing a strategic roadmap.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Product Development: Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and launch digital products.
- Roadmap Management: Facilitate alignment and planning for strategic initiatives.
- Ongoing Management: Optimize team practices, including backlog management.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to track and improve product performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress and updates effectively.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships and product budgets.

Essential Skills
