OUR WORK MODEL Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. YOUR ROLE As our Manager of People, you will lead and evolve our People strategy during a pivotal period of change and transformation. You will oversee the People Partner and People Operations teams, collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and L&D, and act as a key advisor to the C-suite—supporting a business in transition and helping to shape a modern, people-centric culture. YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES Drive People Strategy Through Change – Lead through complexity as the business undergoes significant transformation, including executive leadership transitions and evolving compensation structures. Champion Culture & Engagement – Build trust with teams navigating change, and partner with leaders to improve engagement, morale, and alignment across the business. Modernise HR Practices – Identify and implement progressive People initiatives to shift legacy mindsets and bring a more strategic, business-aligned approach to People Operations. Coach & Influence Senior Leaders – Work directly with C-level executives, challenging outdated perceptions of HR while maintaining strong, productive relationships. Lead High-Impact Teams – Inspire and manage a high-performing People Partner and PeopleOps team, ensuring clarity, development, and delivery against business needs. Enable Organisational Effectiveness – Support structural changes and workforce planning to ensure the organisation is fit for purpose and aligned with future goals. Collaborate Across People Functions – Partner with L&D and TA to ensure people programs, leadership development, and hiring practices align with business needs. OUR EXPECTATIONS Proven HR Leadership – 7+ years in People/HR roles with leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment. Comfortable With Change – Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous, evolving environments without losing momentum or morale. Stakeholder Management Expertise – Track record of influencing and supporting demanding senior leaders with empathy, resilience, and credibility. Strong People Ops Knowledge – Deep understanding of core People functions including employee relations, compensation, and performance frameworks. Commercial Acumen – Ability to align People initiatives with business priorities and speak the language of the C-suite. Team Builder & Mentor – Passion for leading and developing People teams to deliver high-quality, scalable support. Strategic & Hands-On – Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, adapting as needed based on business priorities.
