The Role

We seek a dynamic Assistant Social Brand Manager passionate about TikTok and social media trends. Your focus will be on leveraging TikTok to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our brands. You will create impactful content and manage relationships with agencies to execute social strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement TikTok content strategies, oversee content calendars, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  2. TikTok Shop & Affiliates: Manage TikTok Shop operations, including affiliate campaigns and performance analysis.
  3. Agency Management: Lead interactions with external agencies, monitor performance, and optimize results.
  4. Influencer Collaboration: Work with Influencer and Brand Managers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Platform Optimization: Stay updated on TikTok features and best practices, leveraging them to grow brand impact.
  6. Analytics & Performance: Track metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve reach and conversions.
  7. Innovation & Trends: Experiment with new trends to position Wella as a social media leader.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in social media marketing, especially TikTok and TikTok Shop management.
  • Experience with affiliate campaigns and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  • Proven record of content creation and successful campaigns.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and analyze social media data.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Shop to drive e-commerce sales (highly desirable).
  • Creative storytelling and content editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Interest in the beauty industry and knowledge of Wella’s markets.
