Bristol Grammar School is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy Catering Team to start asap. The main duties will be to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, taking particular responsibility for food production and standards, kitchen maintenance, and the health and safety of staff. They will also help motivate the kitchen team to achieve their best standard and deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm (37.5 hours per week), term time only, with the opportunity for occasional evening and weekend work to support functions.
