Role Objective: To implement the Company's repair strategy in support of the overall needs of the business.
Key Duties:
- Maintenance of a range of supported Testlink products both modules and ATM Electronics components as directed.
- Disassembling, assessing, cleaning, reassembling and testing activities associated with cash machine modules and ATM Electronics components refurbishment.
- Strive to achieve 100% efficiency based on job timings and attended hours.
- Complete entry-level screening on a range of supported reclaimed spare parts.
- Maintain and clean all items used within the cleaning room.
- Keep the cleaning room tidy.
- Adhere strictly to and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Company processes and procedures.
- Identify and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for quality through observation of best working practices at all times. Strive to achieve 0% IRCs.
- Assist other areas of the business to achieve Company targets and goals.
- Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with Testlink's environmental policy and resources provided.
- To comply with all relevant aspects of company policy surrounding Health and Safety, Quality, Employment Law and TestLink Services Ltd policies and procedures.
