Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behaviour Mentor at Blackwater Academy. The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for supporting students in managing their behavior, providing guidance and mentorship, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in behavior management and mentoring
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of educational psychology and child development
• Patience, empathy, and understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents
• Relevant qualifications in psychology, education, or related field
