The Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, part-time position (20 hours per week) within the EMEA payroll team, which manages 13 payrolls across 10 countries including the UK, Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. We are part of the UK People Team based in London and the global Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the payroll inbox for the EMEA region, responding to payroll and benefit queries and escalating when necessary.
  • Enter employee record changes and data into Payroll and HRIS systems, including new hires, leavers, banking details, timesheets, and leaves.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, complying with company standards.
  • Process standard document requests for employees, such as reference and employment change letters.
  • Maintain employee folders and records.
  • Support system training sessions and resolve employee queries.
  • Assist Payroll and HR Business Partners with data entry, reporting, audits, and ad hoc requests.
  • Provide general support to the Payroll Team and participate in team projects.
