Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver the retail annual marketing calendar.
- Lead customer-facing strategy for kiosks using digital, social, OOH, and in-store media with performance targets and ROI.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to create and execute sales-driving marketing activities.
- Develop and implement delivery and click & collect strategies for retail.
- Manage marketing plans for new store openings, supporting franchise, operational, and new opening teams.
- Lead community marketing strategies, including promotions, campaigns, and events at local and national levels.
- Coordinate with regional and franchise teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Support local buzz marketing, press outreach, and social media efforts.
- Build relationships with retail partners and key marketing contacts.
- Manage promotions and initiatives with partner programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product propositions.
