Job Responsibilities

  1. Work with SMEs to identify statutory, mandatory, and essential training needs for all staff within the Trust.
  2. Manage, design, and evaluate the Trust\’s Corporate Induction programme, ensuring effective administration and a relevant, welcoming experience.
  3. Oversee the design and delivery of the Volunteer Induction programme, ensuring it is relevant, welcoming, accessible, and efficient.
  4. Manage the Moving & Handling Training Team to ensure effective delivery that meets national standards and organizational needs.
  5. Provide compassionate, supportive line management to the Training Administration Team, L&D Facilitators, and the Training System Manager, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  6. Oversee the Trust\’s Learning Management System to maintain accurate staff training profiles and ensure data and reporting are accurate and accessible.
  7. Ensure effective reception services for staff and visitors.
  8. Produce and present data reports at relevant Trust meetings.
  9. Plan and oversee project management of various training-related projects and participate in meetings across the Trust, ICS, and regionally/nationally as required.
