The Team
Join one of the largest Corporate M&A teams outside London, within our specialist Corporate Energy team. Our practice advises developers, investors, and funders across solar, wind, biomass, AD, hydro, storage, and energy from waste projects, as well as broader energy transition and Net Zero initiatives. Key clients include BayWa, Bluefield, ENGIE, Gresham House, Octopus Energy Generation, and Ripple Energy.

What You'll Need
- Experience in corporate law with a focus on the energy sector
- Experience in renewable energy transactions
- Must be a registered lawyer with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
