About Your Role As a leader in environmental and engineering consultancy, WSP is passionate about addressing big questions with impactful solutions. We seek a Corporate Nature Strategy Lead within our Nature Advisory team, expanding due to increasing client demand for nature-related decision-making support. You will develop and lead nature strategies for private sector clients, leveraging your network to grow WSP UK\’s presence in this field. Your work will include developing nature-positive plans, benchmarking, impact pre-screening, metrics development, and TNFD reporting, supported by technical experts across WSP. Typical Weekly Activities Collaborate on growth strategies for corporate nature initiatives Generate opportunities and prepare tenders Provide technical leadership on nature strategies and reporting Oversee project delivery and management Work with teams to integrate nature advisory services Manage team members within the Nature Advisory team Candidate Requirements Relevant degree in environmental science, sustainability, ecology, business, economics, or related field Proven experience in developing corporate nature strategies, frameworks, and standards (e.g., SBTN, TNFD) Established network within corporate and financial sectors Strong understanding of natural capital approaches and reporting requirements Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills Experience in winning work, bidding, and project management Ability to communicate complex data effectively to clients and senior leaders Don’t meet all criteria?
