We are looking for a dedicated National Contract Manager to take overall responsibility for a high-profile, premium brand national contract across the UK and Republic of Ireland. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of services including Room Deep Cleans, Showerhead Sanitisations, and Reactive Cleaning for our clients. You will also lead, develop, and mentor a team of 4 Field Service Managers , each responsible for managing 8-9 local teams to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery. The role reports to the Operations Director. Duties and responsibilities Responsible for all matters relating to Health and Safety across the team and to ensure that work orders are completed in a safe manner. Maintain and update RAMS as per H&S standards. To ensure that all aspects of contracts are delivered in full, on time and to budget. To ensure that the contract is sufficiently resourced to deliver the issued work orders. Document processes in line with company/ISO standards.
