Location: London headquarters, UK Reports to: Head of Global Tech Controlling Contract: Full-time and permanent position Job Description: Business finance partner to Corporate Tech teams (based in London and Paris) as well as supporting the business needs of Regional/Divisional teams globally with Tech spend. Supporting Global Tech Controlling activities through business ownership on controlling tools (including CRAFT Tech), planning, coordination, and finance process improvement (including GITA, Showback, CCBV, and evolutions in these areas). Contribute to controlling initiatives on strategic initiatives, including CEO Office initiatives and the Simplification Agenda for Tech on planning, forecasting, analyzing, and challenging financial KPIs. Supporting controlling activities of the Controlling team on Corporate Tech and Division/Regional Tech responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the full budgeting and planning process for selected transversal and major projects with significant Tech involvement. Business partner in close proximity to project teams on controlling, including planning, forecasting, analyzing, and challenging financial KPIs, as well as supporting wider global tech controlling responsibilities for consolidation into global reporting requirements. Support worldwide reporting of IT resources on Tech costs in terms of cash, P&L, FTEs, and specific analyses on significant Tech involvement (e.g., programs, CSR, market benchmarks). Support the systems and processes for delivering accurate and timely management reporting, analysis, and key insights. Lead the development and improvement of tech financial systems and controlling processes. Ensure the reliability and stability of CRAFT Tech for management and financial accounting, including IFRS adjustments, FR GaaP, and cash views. Lead the evolution of financial systems (primarily CRAFT for IT) and processes to meet business and project requirements for financial analysis. Provide financial analysis, reports, and presentations to senior management (ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Support the controlling team in consolidating, reviewing, analyzing, and challenging the financial trajectory of the 3-year IT MTP (Divisions, Regions, Corporate) according to the global IT strategy. Support capital expenditure review (CER) before submission and post-mortems. Drive efficiencies in the CER process and synergize with the CEO Office Transversal Decision Forum and related processes. Support planning and issuing of worldwide financial guidelines, including at IT entity levels when needed. Oversee the intercompany IT recharges process with the local accounting team and reconcile main recharge accounts. Assist in the purchase order process with main IT stakeholders. Support budget analysis, reforecasting, and monitoring of actuals vs. budget/plan, analyzing deviations and their drivers, and tracking ongoing project progress. Manage global IT agreements process and related invoicing activities, as well as the worldwide IT cost reallocation model. Support the Head of IT departments, closely assisting the Global CIO and CIO office to support the success of the IT strategy and transformation agenda. Work closely with Global/Regional CIOs and teams on budget presentations, providing insights, analysis, and decision-making facilitation aligned with IT strategy. Contribute to the management of IT contract elaboration, review, and approval processes, advising on financial aspects related to significant contract negotiations. Animate the community of IT controllers. What You Will Bring: Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent), with a proven track record in business finance. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Hyperion, TM1, D365, SAP is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence and ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Strong analytical skills, capable of detailed (hands-on) and strategic (forward-looking) analysis. Capacity to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer creative and pragmatic solutions.
