Currently seeking a Mid-Senior Analyst focused on Aladdin Software implementation and business analysis. If you are interested in joining our entrepreneurial team, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute project plans with clear deliverables and task owners.
- Gather business requirements from Operations, Traders, and Portfolio Managers related to trading functions.
- Design process diagrams for cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute test plans; engage users for beta testing and sign-off.
- Lead projects within larger programs; present to C-level management.
- Resolve conflicts and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships across all employee levels; communicate confidently.
- Recommend operational and technological improvements based on data analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance, system testing, and root cause analysis.
- Integrate software with market data providers and external vendors.
- Experience with electronic trading venues is a plus.
- Coordinate between business and technology teams to meet requirements.
- Create policies, procedures, and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Word and Visio.
- Prepare presentations with PowerPoint and develop data templates in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications
- Self-starters capable of independent and team work.
- Experience in Investment Management or Financial Services.
- Deep knowledge of Fixed Income trade processing; experience with other asset classes is preferred.
- Experience with investment data and operations.
- Ability to research and solve complex problems.
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business growth.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
