Finance Systems Manager (WY2D0Y-7D72F476) City of London, England Salary: GBP110,000 – GBP125,000 per annum Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Manager to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the firm\’s finance systems, leading a team of six to support the Finance and Risk departments. What You\’ll Do: Lead and manage a team supporting the Finance and Risk departments. Ensure system integrity and manage core data structures. Streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Identify and implement system changes and new features. Participate in IT change control and monitor system developments. Collaborate with suppliers and external consultants for support. Ensure compliance with relevant rules and accounting policies. Assist the Director of Finance with various requests. Engage in projects for system developments and upgrades. What You Bring: Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience managing a team of systems analysts in a legal environment. Proficiency with Elite 3E and Intapp risk management solutions. Strong data analysis skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Knowledge of finance procedures within a legal practice. Strong staff and project management skills. Methodical approach and excellent attention to detail.
