Bank Maintenance Assistant – Spire Lea Hospital

The Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital in Impington is currently recruiting for a Bank Maintenance Assistant to work within the Estates and Engineering department to ensure a high-quality service is provided to meet the expectations of the internal and external customers.

You will be reporting to the Estates Manager to complete internal and external maintenance and grounds tasks. Responsibilities include:

1. Working to a list of requests for general maintenance tasks.
2. Completing painting and decoration to a high standard.
3. Making minor repairs to the internal and external structure, fabric, fixtures, and fittings of the facility.
4. Keeping the grounds of the facility clean and tidy and free from litter.
