Permanent Practice Nurse – Birmingham
Up to £35,000 p/a
Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Birmingham who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent full time and duties are as follows:
- You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical Cytology
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
- Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
