A Female Personal Home Care Assistant is required for 12-16 hours per week, to help care for an elderly lady in her home. The hours are on various shifts throughout the day with some weekend hours (alternate weekends), these hours are negotiable and flexible as a rota is arranged to suit all staff to cover shifts. There are extra hours available to cover holidays and sickness.
Duties include:
- Personal care
- Showering/bathing
- Getting in/out of bed
- Dress/undress
- Prepare meals
The rate of pay is £12.10 per hour. A DBS is required for this position. Exception under the Equality Act (2010) - the post is only open to female due to the personal assistance required.
