This varied role will provide you with an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the Environmental department and participate in continuous improvement projects within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

1. Get involved in all aspects of HR within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
2. Provide support to major UK retail supermarket customer accounts.
3. Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of operations, production, and commercial with a focus on continuous improvement.
4. Support and manage the New Product Development (NPD) process to ensure successful product launches.
5. Learn about all areas of livestock procurement and gain a full understanding of production and operations.
6. Understand and impact food safety, quality, and animal welfare, ensuring legislative compliance and customer excellence.
7. Oversee electrical, mechanical, and automation projects in a food manufacturing business.
8. Gain a robust understanding of all aspects of the Finance Function and attain professional qualifications.
