About The Role We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to support with Corporate Tax provisioning on a fixed term contract basis until December 2026. Date Posted: 29/05/2025 Location: London Job Type: Full time Apply Now About The Role We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to support with Corporate Tax provisioning on a fixed term contract basis until December 2026. As the Tax Compliance Specialist you will prepare the quarterly tax provision, tax notes for the Annual Report and Accounts and prepare the quarterly VAT return and PESM calculations. Responsibilities Monthly corporation tax provisioning for the Group. Preparation of PESM calculations. Responsible for liasing with auditors/advisors in relation to audited accounts and preparation and submission of tax returns. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns Calculation of Quarterly Instalment Corporation Tax Payments Pillar II calculation and submission of Country by Country Reporting Responsibility for SAO process Preparation of tax notes for financial statements for all groups.
