Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end technology solution delivery, from conception to implementation.
2. Drive innovation by identifying and applying emerging technologies to address business challenges.
3. Contribute to shaping the technology roadmap for Audit & Assurance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including auditors, data scientists, and IT specialists.
5. Develop technical and leadership skills in a dynamic environment with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics solutions for audit professionals.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one other programming language (preferably Python).
• Experience with ERP data and process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Synapse Analytics, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of audit regulatory landscape and current technological trends, including Generative AI.
