The Company: Johnson Brothers are an award-winning fifth generation family business based in Lisburn. We started roasting coffee in 1913 and now with years of selecting, blending, and roasting coffee have built a team of sales representatives, coffee administrations, coffee engineers, factory operatives, and a barista trainer. We are looking for someone to join our coffee team to support with the office administration.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Placing orders for customers that come in through phone calls, emails, or our website
- Conducting daily telesales calls to our customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Liaising with our wider coffee team to ensure our customers are getting the best service (Coffee Delivery Drivers, Barista Trainer, and Coffee Sales Reps)
- Any other administration duties that the role may require
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook
- A committed and positive attitude along with an obvious customer focus and the ability to build a positive rapport with customers
- Excellent attention to detail, work accuracy/numeracy, and quality oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business
- Motivated and dynamic self-starter
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
