Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development located in Hoxton. The development comprises 66 residential homes and communal spaces including a landscaped garden terrace and residents' gym. Closest transport link: Shoreditch High Street Liverpool Street station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Be a true expert in customer service, engaging, communicating, and inspiring others.
  • Help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and staff at the development by reporting any defects or health and safety concerns.
  • Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
  • Possess a great eye for detail and experience in carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning, and maintenance (externally and internally).
  • Support your team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
