Driver Specific Support Worker

Join our service, supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Woodlands, Doncaster. As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks to promote independence, helping them lead fulfilling and valued lives.

You will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their community, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals.

Your role involves maximizing clients\’ wellbeing and independence through ongoing, tailored care and support. You\’ll facilitate engagements with their peers and community, promoting personal development.

Drivers are essential for this service as mobility vehicles are owned by service users and staff are expected to be able to drive these vehicles. Candidates are required to hold a full, UK driving licence.
