At AXA Health, our customer journey begins in Distribution. Working directly and with our intermediary partners, we’re responsible for approximately 300,000 members at new business and renewal. Our teams expertly guide SME (small to medium enterprise) businesses through our products and processes, so they can protect their employees. If you’re a leader and expert in the UK SME PMI (private medical insurance) healthcare market, this could be the role for you.
You’ll establish, develop and implement the strategy for AXA Health’s SME business to deliver profitable, sustainable growth through effective customer acquisition and retention. You’ll create compelling propositions, articulating a cohesive vision that delivers sales, retention and builds strong intermediary relationships, in line with agreed targets.
At AXA we work smart, this role is field-based and you’ll travel to visit AXA offices and client sites as required.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
