We are seeking to appoint a Skills Development Coach/Tutor – Fire and Security to join our clients Engineering learning team. This rare position is focused on supporting our future Fire Systems Engineers, imparting your invaluable skills, knowledge and behaviours to shape them into exceptionally talented, knowledgeable, experienced and fully qualified employees. Do you have a teaching qualification ? if not, full training will be provided as part of your role. As part of this exciting and unique dual position, you will deliver classroom-based theory and practical sessions and you will also work with a case load of Fire Systems Apprentices and their employers. This includes local SMEs and some of the nations largest Fire Systems employers. This will involve regular face to face meetings at employer sites, therefore it is essential that the successful candidate will hold a full, clean driving licence. We will need you to hold Subject specialist vocational qualification (e.g. fire and security/emergency systems/ electrical), minimum level 3. Minimum GCSE in English and Mathematics grade C and above. NVQ level 3 minimum in Fire and Security apprenticeship.
