Location: London, Oxford, Northampton, Birmingham Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week from Northampton office) Language: English Main Purpose of the Position As part of a key account team in the financial sector, the Business Analyst mines data to understand performance and support managerial decisions through clear, actionable insights. The role involves operational delivery for projects aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery, linking with various teams and stakeholders to provide intelligence that drives business management. Responsibilities Collaborate with strategy units to establish baseline performance metrics and create insights. Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for change. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively. Develop and evaluate pilot projects to test efficiency improvements. Support meetings such as business reviews. Work with digital and BI teams to leverage reports and develop bespoke analyses. Team Collaboration Work with strategy pods and the financial sector account team operating across 25+ countries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; MBA desirable. Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in real estate or FM sector. Experience using data to drive business solutions. Proven collaboration across business functions. Personal Skills Strong research and data mining skills. Understanding of financial analysis, ROI, NPV. Organized, with polished communication skills. BI tools proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent presentation skills.
