The Role
The School is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to join their IT department. This is a non-technical role designed to support the day-to-day administrative and reception functions of the IT department. The post holder is not expected to have prior technical experience, but an interest in IT and a willingness to learn is important. As a member of support staff, the Office Administrator’s ultimate line manager will be the Bursar, although day-to-day responsibility will be to the IT Operations Manager.
Job Purpose
The Office Administrator’s purpose is to provide administrative support and reception functions for the IT office. The Office Administrator supports all three schools, requiring flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of the broader IT team.
