Your role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Associate to join the team in Livingston. In this role you will be trained to be responsible for procurement and supplier management activities within the Livingston facility to support primarily the implementation of processes, documentation, sourcing of raw materials and storage/handling process for the manufacturing requirements for the RBC product range. This involves managing supplier and material master data, setting up ERP and ASL systems for new materials, and ensuring timely delivery and pricing resolutions through effective supplier management, including negotiations and alternative sourcing.

Who you are:

1. Minimum of 1+ years\’ experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle or similar), ideally within a procurement/supply chain environment.
2. Good oral and writing communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
5. Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office packages i.e. Excel, Word, Project.
