• To take Sales enquiries from incoming Telephone calls, Web site and other forms of the companies’ systems
• To co-ordinate Surveyors diaries following the above, communication with the individual may be necessary.
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Maintain customer data in SimPRO, updating records.
• Process customer acceptances
• Follow up with customer on previous unaccepted quotations
