Personal Injury Claims Handler

Location: Sevenoaks, UK (Hybrid working available)

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Benefits: Full training, hybrid working, Pension Scheme, quarterly bonus

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri 9-5:30

My client is a Top 10 UK Insurer. They are looking for a Personal Injury Claims Handler to manage complex, high-value claims. You\’ll handle cases from start to finish, including litigated claims, and provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of multi-track and complex claims within authority limits.
• Reviewing and settling claims efficiently to reduce costs.
• Ensuring claims are accurately reserved and proactively managed.
• Supporting and training junior claims handlers and acting as a referral point.
• Assisting with auditing and business tasks as needed.

You\’ll need proven experience handling complex claims valued between £50k and £100k and strong knowledge of multi-track claims and litigated cases.
