High end Residential Developer with developments in Kent, London and Essex, predominantly constructing Apartments, Town-Houses and creating large high specification communities, including some high rise and multi-unit projects.
This Developer urgently seeks a Project Manager/Senior Site Manager who has a proven track record in management and has worked with known/recognized Developers. Main contracting experience is acceptable, but you must have worked with a Developer.
