Edwardian Hotels London are looking for Receptionists at Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels in Central London. Previous reception experience within a hotel environment is essential for this role.

Overview:
• An amazing opportunity to join the Front Of House team at Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels as a Receptionist.
• As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting the guests, including check-in and check-out procedures and dealing with guest inquiries.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with the core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Looking for:
• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force, and Review Pro.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
